And here’s how we do it.

An extensive network.

Your electronic health record.

Mercy Clinic and Hospital specialists and primary care providers are all linked through our electronic health record. This means your entire care team can see all of your health information and history no matter where they are: in the office, the hospital, emergency room or urgent care center.

Your EHR is a secure record of all the care you’ve received at Mercy. This includes reasons for visits, diagnoses, test results and prescriptions. Only members of your care team have access to this information.

You can also access your EHR online at MyMercy. It’s safe, secure, and the best way to access your most important health information. Plus you can:

  • Make appointments
  • E-mail your care team
  • See test results
  • Request prescription refills
  • Pay bills

24/7 Nurse on Call.

Away from the area? Have a question? Not sure where to go for medical help outside business hours? Our 24/7 nurse line lets you talk to trained Mercy nurses who can answer your questions and point you in the right direction.

If you have a life-threatening emergency, call 911 – but if you’re not sure who to call, Mercy nurses can help.

You might want to talk with one of our nurses if you or a loved one:

  • Get sick during non-business hours (especially if you have no one to care for you or need advice on how to care for someone else).
  • Have a sick child in the middle of the night.
  • Fall or have an accident.
  • Are traveling and don’t know where to seek treatment.
  • Have symptoms you can’t or don’t know how to manage (asthma or high blood pressure, for example).

Your nurse will help you figure out what to do next, which may include:

  • Self-care (applying heat or ice, taking over-the-counter medication, etc.)
  • Making an appointment with your doctor
  • Going to urgent care
  • Visiting the Emergency Department

Call 844-841-3875 to reach our 24/7 nurse line.
